Pick Up Days: March 25th-26th by appointment only from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Since both auctions are running at the same time, the pickup days and times will be the same for both.

Most listings include item dimensions and multiple photos. Please click on each lot for more information. Be sure to check sizes and consider how items will need to be dismantled, loaded, and transported by you. ” Items hanging inside the warehouse will be brought down for pickup. Unless specifically stated, chains used for hanging are not included. ” Pickup days are strictly enforced. If you are bidding on very large items, contact us before bidding to check if an additional pickup day is possible. This is not an option for smaller, easily movable items. You are responsible for bringing help to dismantle, move, and load your purchases.  Please arrive on your scheduled pickup day and time to ensure a smooth process.

You will need to register with HiBid first, then a quick registration for both auctions. HiBid is the auction format we and 1000’s of other auction companies use. Therefore, each auction company will have their own terms and condition. Please do not register last minute as our team will be very busy on the last day of the auction and we may miss your call.

Tax Exempt: Are you sales tax exempt? You must provide us with the proper pre-printed forms with all your information before you bid.

Moving & Packing Items ” No professional movers will be onsite to assist with moving or loading. ” You are responsible for securing, tying, and transporting your purchases. ” We do not provide moving materials. ” Packing is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure satisfaction. ” Packing materials and bags will be available until supplies run out, so bring your own just in case.

Bathroom Facilities ” No public restrooms available-seriously, plan accordingly.

Safety ” Be mindful of your surroundings and physical limitations. ” We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. ” No children allowed inside the warehouse during pick-up.

Parking ” Do not block driveways or mailboxes. ” Follow all local parking ordinances.

The UPS Store have their own terms and conditions regarding their services. Please verify this with them directly. There is a $15 pickup fee plus packing and shipping costs. All questions and quotes should go through The UPS Store. **IF you elect and ask for shipping and do not pay for shipping costs/fees/postage, you will be banned from any further bidding with WPF Auctions. **WPF Estates and Auctions do not handle or arrange shipping of any kind or liability. We are not responsible for accidents, late delivery or lost packages.

SELECT LOTS: WPF may designate certain lots as Select Lots and will require pre-registration authorization (outside of the HiBid Registration) to bid. The pre-registration application must be received by WPF at least 2 business days prior to the auction. WPF’s decision whether to accept any application is final. We cannot obtain financial references over weekends or public holidays.
